TOTAL LAWN CARE PROGRAM: Monthly equal payment plan

 

Complaints, Ingress & Egress

This Landscape Maintenance Agreement outlines the service to be performed by Cantrell Landscaping, Inc.  This agreement can be cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice.  Cantrell landscaping should be notified of any problem that may occur on the property and be allowed 5 working days to correct any problem.  It is the responsibility of the property owner to provide timely access to the property (this includes that all gates and doors are in good working condition) to allow Cantrell Landscaping to perform its obligations under this agreement.  It is the responsibility of the property owner to notify Cantrell Landscaping of any change in the service frequency or type of service at least 24 hours prior to the service date. 

 Payment

Customer will be billed once per month on the 20th.  Service is for one year from the start date on the service agreement and will renew automatically unless amended by either party.  Invoices amounts are due 10 days from the date of the invoice.  Due means received at Cantrell Landscapes’ office.  All invoices are due in full by the due date.  Past due accounts are subject to a $25 late fee.  All accounts 30 days past due will be subject to 1.5% monthly service fee on the unpaid balance in addition service will be suspended on all account 30 days past due.  In the event service is cancelled or suspended by either party Cantrell Landscaping has the option to recalculate the amount due for service based on the service done to date times the price for that service minus any monthly payments made to date of cancellation.  All customers shall have a valid credit card number on file with Cantrell Landscaping,. In the event of nonpayment and no written dispute of an invoice item or amount has been received in our office within 20 days of the date of the invoice the invoice amount plus late fees will be charged to the credit card.  In the event of nonpayment and Cantell Landscaping has to start collection proceedings all cost will be paid by the customer.

 

 Damage to Irrigation Equipment

Cantrell landscaping is not responsible for any damage done to irrigation systems through normal mowing and edging work.  It is the property owners responsibility to maintain adequate spacing between sprinkler heads and edging area to allow an edger blade to operate.  Also, to maintain the sprinkler heads in good working condition to properly retract and at a height to allow mowing of the turf.  Irrigation equipment is designed for areas to be mowed, if equipment is properly installed and maintained equipment can not damage the system.
